Roots in Italy,
grown in the Murrindindi hills
Three things have never changed: the family, the patience, and the respect for the fruit.
Tending the Grove
Generations of olive-growers
The Frattali family has been producing olive oil in Italy for generations — a craft passed from parent to child, season after season. When the family settled in Australia, they brought that knowledge with them.
Today, those same traditions are proudly carried on here, in the green folds of Victoria’s Murrindindi region, near the town of Yea. The hills, the climate and the quiet rhythm of the seasons make it a fitting home for an old-world craft.
— The Frattali Family
Old-world patience, every season
We do things the slow way on purpose — because it is the only way to make oil worth keeping.
Tended by Hand
Every tree is cared for through the year, the way it has always been done.
Harvested at Peak
We pick only when the fruit is ripe, so the flavour is at its fullest.
Pressed Onsite
Olives are crushed at our own press within 24 hours of harvesting.
Kept Pure
100% cold-pressed extra virgin — nothing blended in, nothing taken out.
The Murrindindi Hills
A single-estate grove
Our oil is single-estate — grown, harvested and pressed in one place. That means every bottle can be traced to the same rows of trees on the same hillside, pressed in the same season.
Because we process onsite within 24 hours of harvesting, the natural flavour of the fruit is preserved and the quality of the oil protected from grove to bottle.
